Saturday Wheel is an Economic forum run by the Department of Economics, Vivekanand College, Kolhapur (Autonomous)
The main objective of this forum is to advancing economic literacy among the students through various initiatives like student seminar, group discussion, debating, presenting posters etc.
Every Saturday one student takes a leadership and presented a current economic issue and the remaining members makes discussion and debates on the selected issue with approaches like socio- economical, political. technical, international , natural etc.
Head of the department and participated teachers coordinates the activity.
This is participative and experiential learning method which helps the members to get knowledge through active participation.
